Q-Range Autosampler Vial Kits for PFAS Analysis

NEW Convenience kits for Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) Testing

Because Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl substances do not decompose, they can accumulate over time in the environment and the human body. There is increasing evidence that exposure to PFAS can adversely affect human health. As a result, regulatory bodies are legislating that many materials should be tested to ensure that they do not contain traces of PFAS or that the traces are below permitted legal limits.

Because PFAS are widely used in materials such as PTFE, that are commonly used in chemical analysis consumables, laboratories need new labware products to minimize background contamination from these chemicals...

9mm Screw Thread Ribbed Closure lined with 1mm Thick Polyimide/Silicone

When you are unable to use PTFE as a liner - these are the perfect alternative. The usable temperature range of this new closure is up to 130°C, and is suitable for up to 10 injections. Polyimide is amber-coloured translucent, and the white silicone rubber is a high-purity rubber composition, which reduces leaching.

Polypropylene R.A.M.(TM) Screw Thread Vials * - the only vials you should use for your PFAS analyses

Manufactured from chemical resistant polypropylene, it is ideal for “PFAS-free” sampling, testing, storage and transportation operations. These lightweight vials are an excellent economical alternative to glass and are designed to work with most autosamplers.

Convenience Kits for PFAS Testing

The new convenience kits for PFAS testing includes 100 RAM™ threaded polypropylene vials and 100 new closures / septa, packaged in a transparent tray which fits in a bench drawer for easy access.
Greyhound Q-Range 9mm vials are designed specifically to work in robotic arm autosamplers and have a crimp style height with the convenience of a screw thread configuration.
